Early spring at the beginning of a new year

The snow falling today is a very auspicious event

Happy New Year!

At the end of last year, I participated in training for new employees at a contracted company, and wrote about it in a random magazine column.

``Innovations are often brought about by eccentric employees.

Recently, Japanese companies are no longer taking risks, and managers are emerging.

In daily work that requires error-free execution, people who are skilled in this field become managers.

Managers naturally follow precedents and are risk-averse.

I wish there were more employees like that...''

I entered the workforce 27 years ago.

I was attracted to the amazing (hiring) interviewer and joined the company with the determination that I wanted to work under him.

When I joined the company, the interviewer was the company's "weird" sales manager.

When I was a new employee, I worked with the desire to be recognized by this person.

Now that I think about it, my “weird” boss inspired me in a good way

I remember that that stimulation gave me various ideas and led me to take action.

Knowing and remembering is not growth.

Growth begins by acting, experiencing, and thinking.

What kind of life you want to live starts with your current actions.

There's nothing good about trying to be cool.

Expose yourself in a dirty way, even if it's worn out, it doesn't matter what it is.

Frantically moving forward step by step.

The only people who will be able to experience the excitement afterwards are those who have made such efforts.

30 years since it began to be said that the international competitiveness of Japanese companies is declining

Information floods and competition is fierce

Although we live in an era where compliance is said to be strict.

The soil that breeds originality and challenges takes root

Many “unusual” employees are produced

I would like to play a role in that.
